You might already be familiar with Rutland’s fantastic work - they support hundreds of fellow childminders across England to deliver exceptional early years care. And, at tiney, we’ve long admired their work and the work of their founders, Sam and Mel.
Both our team at tiney and the team at Rutland are united by a deeply held commitment to supporting more childminders to thrive as independent business owners and improving access to high-quality, affordable childcare.
We strongly believe that both Rutland and tiney represent a new breed of childminding agency. We’ve both grown massively over recent years, despite a wider decline in childminder numbers. We couldn’t be prouder of that, or of the childminders who make it all happen. And now we want to cement this growth and strengthen the support we can offer to our respective communities. That’s why we’re joining forces with Rutland in this new strategic partnership.
We are retaining our separate brands and teams, meaning nothing is currently changing for our childminders on a day-to-day basis, but what it does mean is that we’ll be able to offer both our communities more benefits and opportunities in the future. Going forward, tiney and Rutland will be able to pool our knowledge and resources to offer our respective communities better support, more choice, and access to a wider range of benefits.
