Quality Assurance Consultant (South West England)
Location: South West England
We're looking for people to support our registration and quality assurance visit processes at tiney. We need people to work with us on an ad-hoc consultancy basis who are energised by people, thrive in early years settings and have a good understanding of what a high quality early years experience looks like. At tiney, our mission is to 'unlock the potential of every child'. We believe that educating young children is one of the most important things anyone can do. We're attracting talented individuals into early years education, we train them to provide a life-changing education for children, and support them to launch and run their own ‘tiney home nurseries’. This is where you come in.
When someone registers with tiney, we go through a thorough registration and inspection process with them to make sure our tiney childminders are delivering world class childcare. Your mission will be to undertake registration, compliance and quality assurance visits for our tiney childminders, whilst always thinking about how we can use technology to scale this process.
What you'll be doing;
Carrying out visits on an ad hoc basis - this could be compliance visits, full quality assurance visits (similar to an inspection) or registration visits.
Ensuring that our tiney childminders are meeting the requirements of the EYFS and our own tiney quality bar
We’re particularly looking for:
Experienced early years practitioners from all parts of the sector, especially those with existing experience of childminding. You will need to have a minimum level 3 qualification in early years.
People who have experience carrying out quality assurance visits and/or inspections
You're good at explaining things to people, you can provide great advice and you are patient and thoughtful in all of your interactions
You are confident with supporting early years settings, have experience in early education and can challenge practices where needed
People able to travel in and around Greater Manchester, or London and the home counties
