There are also lots of groups in the area, including stay and plays and messy play sessions. I believe messy play is an important aspect of a child's learning. I offer before and after school drop-offs and pick-ups.

About this home
About our tiney childminder
I started Little Squirrels because I want to create a safe, fun and loving environment where children can learn through fun and play. I have struggled to find a safe place to send my son, as he has multiple food allergies, and I want to be able to provide this for others. I provide home cooked meals and have a great outdoor space. Our family has a lovely Cocker Spaniel. I believe that dogs are wonderful animals for children to be around and it is a great way to teach children all about animals.

Garden
I have a lovely garden with a dedicated play area with a mud kitchen, sand box, small netted trampoline and water tables. We also have a large grass area with a climbing frame, swings and slides.

In this neighbourhood
I am lucky to have 3 great parks locally, one of which puts on different events through the year. We also have a library within walking distance which holds weekly classes. We are very close to lots of farms, soft plays and Bird Land. Burbage Common and Woods is nearby which has a cafe and park, as well as the woods and fields.
