'Little Joys’ tiney home nursery is a fun, comfortable and safe setting. We are located along Brudenell Road and are local to schools, parks and shops in the surrounding Tooting area. We promote outdoor learning and outings as part of our educational goals and offer drop off and pick up from Hillbrook and Franciscan Primary schools. Our nursery is open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:30pm. Additional out of hours services are available upon request and availability.

About our tiney childminder
I am a passionate and caring childminder with a love for dancing & creative learning I live to help others which is reflected in the five years I have worked within the healthcare sector and have avid experience working with children personally and professionally. A space where learning is encouraged in a safe & secure environment with lots of outdoor play and interaction with the open world. Our fundamental goal at Little Joy’s is to provide the best learning experiences and to have fun!

Trips and Outings
I love taking children outdoors and letting them out to have fresh air and to explore. I will be taking the children on daily outdoor trips whether to local parks, libraries or soft play. Big adventures such as farms, museums and zoos will also be scheduled with parents/guardians.
Dancing and other physical movement activities
Being creative is what makes my tiney nursery stand out I love coming up with loads of physical movement activities for children whether it’s dancing to different cultural songs or dancing to classic nursery sing songs. Be ready for your child to come home and start dancing in the middle of your living room floor. I feel it is important for children to get as much exercise they can and to learn how to dance through movement and music, which helps their coordination and rhythm.
Healthy home cooked meals
I have always loved to cook from an early age and I think it is an important skill to learn from young. I love to prepare healthy, balanced meals and make different dishes from different cultures. I will implement these values to my children at my nursery so they can learn and taste different foods, while having good healthy meals during their time at nursery.
