With my love for the outdoors and a passion for nutritious, homemade meals, being active and healthy is at the heart of our home nursery. About our tiney childminder
There is nothing we love more than providing a loving, safe and fun environment for your little one to grow; building in confidence, social skills and all areas of their development. I firmly believe that great attachments made in the very early years are fundamental to the growth of happy, confident children. Therefore, it is not only my pleasure, but my privilege to offer care for your little one.

I am currently working towards my Level 3 in Forest School and I love the outdoors, embracing everything our beautiful county has to offer.
Education and Welfare
Previous to becoming a childminder, I worked in education for 15 years. During this time I have taught SEN, EAL, English, history and sociology, before taking on the role of Pastoral Lead.
Plymouth
Our location is such a highlight of what we offer here at Happy Hatters. We are in central Plymouth, with so much on our doorstep. We are spoilt for choice with days out! The Aquarium, Pennywell Farm, Central Park, Saltram, Wembury Beach and Plymbridge, to mention just a few.

Location
We are next to bus stops which go directly to the city centre, and a 10 minute walk to both train stations. Our central location makes it also very easy to reach us on foot.
In this neighbourhood
We are so lucky with our location. Not only do we have a safe and secure outside space, we are a stone's throw to local parks and the town centre. We often walk to one of the two local libraries, and make the most of living so close to the sea. Fresh air is always in abundance with Happy Hatters!
