My name is Kelly, I am a mother, wife and enthusiast for child development. I believe the early years are the best and most important years for development and I have set up a tiney home nursery to ensure that children get the best possible support with their learning and development through play. I always aim to make my service inclusive, fun, educational and empowering for families. I also work closely with parents to make sure that children’s needs are being met, creating parent partnership schemes focused on the empowerment of parents. These include EYFS workshops, parent meet groups, toy libraries and tiney tips provided via the tiney app. My goal is to help parents feel empowered with their children’s learning and also be heard and supported wherever possible."
I have worked in a range of childcare settings in several different roles. My experiences allowed me to learn about children and their development as well identifing gaps within services offered. My aim is to offer a service which supports not only children but also parents.
