My tiney home nursery provides flexible and affordable childcare in a warm, home from home setting in Deptford, South London. Children have access to a range of activities within the home that promote learning and independence through play.
No matter the weather, children will be taken on daily outings in to the local community to visits parks, woodland areas, the farm, soft play and community play groups. I am located on the river Thames, so we will also take part in lots of river walks.
I have over 12 years experience in health and social care, more recently as an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home Manager. This experience has allowed me to develop a solid understanding of child development, including the Early Years Foundation Stage and how children learn through play. To continue my passion for helping children to thrive I have created a home from home environment where no one day is the same and children can engage in experiences that broaden their understanding of the world
I prepare freshly cooked meals each day which are healthy, balanced and focused on ensuring children get their 5 a day
I have over 12 years experience, at management level, in the health & social care field caring for children and young people with learning disabilities, autism and complex health needs
