BrightMinds tiney home nursery

BrightMinds tiney home is a fun packed space with both indoor and outdoor space! We have beautiful woodland walks less than 100metres away and are a short walk to the local park and play fields. Children have their own personalities and interests and at BrightMinds we love encouraging them to explore these. We believe it’s important for children to make their own choices to encourage child-led learning. We ahve many different play stations set up each day to focus on EYFS development.

About my home

Hello, I'm Leanne. I have 3.5 years experience in a nursery and 4 years experience as a private nanny. I have worked with babies from newborns up to 10 years of age. After having my own baby and realising that childcare was my passion, I set up BrightMinds as a way to continue to help children flourish and grow to become the best little human they can be. As well as caring for children. I understand that it can also be a big transition for parents so working with the whole family is just as important to me to ease settling in.

Unique highlights

Healthy food

Enjoy cooking with lots of fresh, healthy ingredients and have a vegetable patch which the children can help out with too!

Own car with business insurance

Able to provide school/nursery pick ups

Able to offer earlier starts/later finishes if needed and discussed in advance.

Arts and crafts

Love to get creative so exploring lots of arts + crafts and getting messy is always a winner!

Wake up - shake up - morning songs

Like to start the day right with songs and stretches to prepare for the day.

Sharing books is at the heart of all tiney home nurseries – it’s fantastic for children’s imaginations, for building vocabulary, for speaking and listening, for personal, social and emotional development, and so much more. Through our partnerships with Walker Books and the National Literacy Trust, our childminders run creative activities around a wonderfully diverse range of books.
