My name is Lily. I am a 27 year old Theatre Arts student at the University of Derby. I live with my Partner Tim and our two dogs, Teddy & Tilly. Tim has two sons that visit us on the weekend.
We love to play outside, sing and dance. We love taking the dogs for a walk, going to the park, baking and cooking, Lego, dinosaurs, role play and story books.
I have set up my tiney home to expand my experience and to fit around my studies at University - In particular the holiday periods.
I have a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
I have worked in care roles since 2014.
I have worked in children's homes and residential schools since 2016, as a support worker and in management positions.
I am currently studying a Theatre Arts degree, I'm in my first year. I would like to do a masters degree in Education and Theatre.
I have experience with children with SEND, Autism & Learning Disabilities.
I have a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care

We live on a bus route
I live in Mackworth on a bus route, so a commute into town is very easy! We have a lovely community with lots to do. We have a soft play & lots of parks near by. We have a library & some lovely walks. We also have cafes and a garden centre near by. I am a Theatre Arts student at the University of Derby, so a trip to the theatre is always on the cards.

I am Lily’s former manager, we worked together in an 8 bed childrens home in which we supported children with ASD, challenging behaviour and additional needs. Lily had progressed from a teamleader into the deputy managers role. Lily is a compassionate and empathetic carer who is keen to nurture the children she looks after whilst providing a child centred approach. Lily is enthusiastic about supporting children to progress and achieve best outcomes and has always been, in my experience, well liked by all children. Lily is kind, caring and fun, children enjoy spending time with her. Lily is also trustworthy, open and honest, able to put boundaries in place if needed and has a creative way of working.
