About my home

I’ve set up my tiney home nursery to be welcoming and an inclusive environment to all families.

I have 2 children of my own who are now 16 and 19. I have 6 step grandchildren and a baby granddaughter due in July.

I live with my partner and my daughters who have each helped me in some way or another and have given me amazing support. Without their help and my partner's dedication and expertise in creating my nursery, I wouldn’t be where I am now.

My wish is to create an enabling environment which is enticing, exciting, loving and where the children will have lots of educational fun whilst feeling safe and secure.

Unique highlights

Four lovely Local parks

Slides, swings, roundabouts, large grass play areas

Large outdoor garden

Artificial grass, patio area plus a large dome tent which covers decking area so children can play in the shade.

Outdoor toys

Large selection of ride-on toys, rocking horse, play tent, sand and water messy tray, chalks and more!

A short distance away is Sittingbourne town centre which has a great library for the children to visit.

Motorway access

My tiney home nursery is 2 minutes away from the A249 leading to the M2 and M20 motorway.

Local beaches

I am local to Minster beach, Leysdown beach and Sheerness beach.

Sittingbourne town centre

A variety of shops and bakeries, a cinema and places to eat.

A lovely woodland area where we can observe nature, collect leaves and conkers, enjoy a walk through the woods and jump in muddy puddles.

tiney book club

Sharing books is at the heart of all tiney home nurseries – it’s fantastic for children’s imaginations, for building vocabulary, for speaking and listening, for personal, social and emotional development, and so much more. Through our partnerships with Walker Books and the National Literacy Trust, our childminders run creative activities around a wonderfully diverse range of books.
