We’ve known Mesha and her wonderful family for about two years now but it feels like we’ve known them forever. The moment we met, I could feel Mesha’s warmth and kindness straight away through her smile. It was like we were always friends. I never felt more sure about trusting someone with my baby. Her thoroughness is met with a calmness that is hard to match. When she talks about her love and passion for caring for children it comes straight from the heart. Our son has become a better person because of Mesha’s love and attention. He’s also found a best friend in her son! We are so grateful that we have crossed paths with someone who has the stamina, grace and patience to handle our very energetic and emotional child. I mean they all are like that right? Mesha was recommended to me as a nanny by a friend. She started to take care of my daughter when she was 1.5 years old 3 days per week, when I had to return to work after maternity leave. Immediately Mesha made a connection to my daughter and allowed for lots of time to get to know each other. She has a very natural and kind approach and I could see that she was enjoying following the child's interest and responding to that in an animating, funny and interesting way. The settling did not take long as Mesha built up the trust very quickly and Karla was happy to stay with her very quickly. I was very lucky as Mesha's son is only a few months younger than my daughter, so we decided together it would be nice to join them twice in the week and it was the best thing. The two children became good friends, Mesha helped them gently to share toys by communicating to each other and was absolutely capable of handling them together. They had lots of fun playing, singing, walking and doing everything together. Mesha was also preparing healthy freshly cooked lunches and snacks and managed it all very well by being focused and calm and always kind. She was always on time, very well organised and turned up every morning with a smile on her face. Mesha has a very natural approach to children and was always well prepared by planning out the day with new activities, inside and outside and she also organised to take both children to the library or toddler singing. At the end of the day Mesha did let me know how the day went and shared her observations. We had really good communications with each other. I am very thankful for the time my daughter spent with her. My daughter was well prepared then to attend nursery after a year. We are still keeping in touch.
