Parent of Z Ismail  I have known Pily since 2016 when my son joined Eastbury Nursery. He is my only child and I was very anxious and nervous about leaving my child with anyone. I was a bag of nerves!  My first meeting with Pily gave me confidence that my child was safe. Pily is an amazing, caring and a loving person. She made my son feel so welcomed and assured me so I felt at ease straight away. She has a lovely personality and I saw this immediately. I knew my son would be in good hands. I was informed on a daily basis how well he was doing and what he did during the day. My son was beginning to enjoy it more and more! He became confident and had a special bond with Pilly. She has a special place in our hearts, my son is now 6 years old and he still talks about Pily! I would highly recommend Pily. She is honest and trustworthy. Pily's has been taking care of our daughter Francesca during the school holidays for over a year now and we cannot be happier about her way of handling Francesca. Francesca is on the autism spectrum and has behavioural problems at times, especially when she is overstimulated. Pily's good and caring nature means the world to us, as parents of a special need child we need to make extra checks to ensure that our dear daughter is well looked after. Pily has passed and exceeded this very apprehensive mum checklist, that's certain. Francesca loves to spend time in Pily's garden, where Pily, with the help of a dozen of chickens, has thought Francesca how to pet and handle chicken and chicks and to find worms to feed the chickens (Our garden has now been dug in and out in search of worms for the chickens, thanks Pily :-)!). She has also thought Francesca a few words of Spanish, to use during our next holiday. For the last Christmas Pily hosted a little Christmas party for the children and Francesca loved pulling the crackers with the other children (she also managed to open all Pily's presents laying under Pily's Christmas tree. Whereas I was mortified Pily just made a joke about it. She has been so understanding of Francesca's difficulties). Francesca loves every day spent at Pily's house! Pily's truly amazing! I couldn't be happier with my choice for a childminder.
