Lollipoppets tiney home nursery is a home away from home where I want both children and parents to feel safe, happy and appreciated. This way we can all work together to achieve the best possible outcomes for your little poppets.
We have a fantastic outside space as well as having a small park just a few doors away. A perfect location with it being a lovely quiet village but with excellent links to rail and motorways.
Hi, I am Sophie and Lollipoppets is my tiney home nursery. I have my own little poppet Oliver who inspired this exciting business venture. I am a qualified teacher who specialises in early years and have been working in schools for the last 5 years. I can’t wait to take all of that knowledge and put it into my own colourful, warm, family friendly environment. Im a creative person and love finding new and fun ways to explore different areas of learning while always maintaining inclusivity.

Kiveton park has local parks and recreational grounds as well as a nature reserve. We will be visiting the library as well as local play/singing/messy play groups. We are also a short train ride away from Sheffield city centre

Sophie is a wonderful person. She’s been looking after my daughter Olive and she’s built such a lovely relationship with her. Olive loves spending time with Sophie and it make me feel more at ease knowing that Olive is being taken care of. I highly recommend Sophie for anyone looking for a childminder who will treat your child like one of her own.

Sophie has looked after my little girl since she was a baby so that I could go back to work. I couldn’t have done it without her. She’s amazing! My little girl idolises her and it’s always been such a comfort when I’m not home to know my daughters being cared for like she was Sophie’s own child. Her warmth and kindness is what sets Sophie apart from a typical nursery setting. She’s so hands on, has a talent in creativity and craft and my daughter adores playing with Sophie as she always has so much fun. It’s an added bonus that Sophie is also a qualified teacher so I know that she encompasses learning into play in a way that not many, including myself, know how. Thank you Sophie for being such a special figure in shaping my daughters development! We both appreciate you very much!
