About my home

I'm a mother of a 2-year-old girl and a 4-year-old boy. I have years of experience working in childcare and am passionate about working with children. My main aim is to see children thrive in their learning and development and to support them in achieving their full potential. I welcome the views and concerns of every parent in my setting.

Encouraging independence

Children have easy access to resources and are encouraged to help themselves with drinking water, preparing and choosing their own healthy snacks and laying the table. Meals are included in my rate.

Developing love for learning

I believe that when learning is fun and inspiring, it becomes a joy. I aim to create love for learning by creating an enabling environment full of fun and exciting activities to stimulate children's interests.

Opportunities to explore

I take children on visits to Deen City Farm, the local library, local shops, Mitcham commonside and museums.

School drop offs and pick ups

I offer drop offs and pick ups from local schools inclulding William Morris, Harris Primary, Sherwood Primary, St Leonard's Primary school.

Weekend Care

I provide flexible care on weekends.

tiney book club

Sharing books is at the heart of all tiney home nurseries – it’s fantastic for children’s imaginations, for building vocabulary, for speaking and listening, for personal, social and emotional development, and so much more. Through our partnerships with Walker Books and the National Literacy Trust, our childminders run creative activities around a wonderfully diverse range of books.
