Tiney Parent Referral Terms & Conditions

If you have received a referral from a friend, or have referred someone to tiney, please refer to the below terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please email community@tiney.co

Binding Agreement

By participating in the referral program, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions and indicate your agreement to them.

Privacy

The personal information collected, processed and used as part of the referral program will be used in accordance with Company’s Privacy Policy, which is available for your review at: https://www.tiney.co/privacy

Eligibility

To be eligible for the referral program you must be a new user of the tiney platform (adding a new child to an existing account does not count) and must not have used any previous discounts or referral codes.

How the Referral Program Works

Referrer: If an individual provides a referral code to share with their community, family and friends they become the "referrer". Referrers may refer a maximum of 5 individuals over the course of the program. Referrers receive their referral reward once the friend has signed their commitment contract and have completed their first month invoice.

Referred: If an individual receives a referral code they become the "referred". Referred individuals must provide the referral code directly to their tiney childminder at the contract commitment stage. Once the first month invoice has been completed, the referral discount is applied to the second month invoice.

Restrictions

Referrers: Referrers cannot refer themselves or create multiple, fictitious or fake accounts with tiney. Referrers may refer a maximum of 5 individuals.

Referred: Referred individuals have a maximum of two months after the point of contract commitment to claim their referral discount (if not claimed at the start of the contract). Referred individuals can only claim 1 referral discount code.

No user may use the program to violate any law, infringe or violate the rights of any third party, or otherwise act in a manner that is deemed harassing, harmful, illegal, hateful, obscene or outside the spirit and intent of the Program.

Liability

You understand and agree that the indemnified parties shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, actual, consequential, economic, special or exemplary damages arising in connection with your use of the tiney platform.

Right to Cancel, Modify or Terminate

tiney reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the referral program at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to disqualify any individual at any time from participation in the referral program if we have a good faith belief that he/she has violated any of these Terms.
