About our tiney childminder
Hiya, I’m Kate, currently a mum of one who will be 1 in December 2023. I grew up in Australia and moved to Bristol in January 2021. I have been working for the past 13 years as a qualified Dental Nurse both in Australia and the UK and experience working with children in that role. I enjoy crafting, baking, gardening, going on outdoor adventures and making music. I’m excited to start my childminding journey and increase my knowledge on how to provide children the best start to life.

Our home location is perfect for daily walks out into nature and explore its wonders. We have access to rambling fields close by. I have a full driving license and plan to go out on bigger adventures to places around Bristol and the surrounding area such as the aquarium, nearby farms & zoos, sensory rooms and soft play facilities just to name a few.
Green Thumbs & Sticky Fingers
Gardening and baking are two of my favorite hobbies to do. Our home has a have a try attitude and not to be afraid of failure. I believe children can learn so much from these activities such as understanding how the world works, maths, communication & language responsibilities, gross and fine motor skills, solving problems and grow their confidence as well as independence. Any goodies made or grown can be taken home for families to celebrate and enjoy the fun we’ve had.
