WildOnes is a brand new intimate childminding setting, inspired by the Montessori, Hygge and Reggio Emilia approaches.
Hi, my name is Rachael; mother of three, primary school teacher and passionate early years educator!
I believe play is learning. I provide children with opportunities to play, learn and grow in their own unique ways- sparking curiosity and nurturing creativity. I am very inclusive and support all children to be the best version of themselves.
I have opened WildOnes Childcare to provide families with a more personalised and intimate approach, catering for every child’s needs.
I am a fully qualified primary school teacher with a specialism in Early Years education. I have taught for the past 9 years across the Nursery, Reception and Year 1 age range.
I have a Level 3 qualification in Forest School leadership. I am passionate about outdoor learning and through a Forest School approach I love to spark curiosity and develop hands on and practical skills.
I’m currently studying to achieve the Hygge in the Early Years accreditation.
