If you’ve referred someone to open a tiney home
If you refer someone to tiney using a referral code, and they go on to start trading, then you’ll receive the referral reward as long as the following conditions are met.
In order to be eligible, your referee must join tiney and provide a valid referral code before they pay their joining fee. They must give their referral code when booking the initial call or when speaking to an advisor on the phone. A valid code must be given before your referee pays the joining fee.
Your referral code will be considered valid if:

The Childminder is currently registered with tiney.

The Childminder had an invoice paid by a parent within the last 3 months.

The Childminder is not in the process of deregistration.

The Childminder’s code has not been used more than 5 times in the same calendar month.
Valid codes entitled the referee to a £150 discount on the training joining fee and entitle the Childminder a reward to the value of £150.
When a parent pays the referees first invoice, the Childminder will be eligible for a reward to the value of £150. If:
- The Childminder is currently registered with tiney.
- The Childminder had an invoice paid by a parent within the last 3 months.
- The Childminder is not in the process of deregistration.
The value of the £150 reward may be either paid directly into your tiney wallet or may be applied as a credit on future tiney payment fees. tiney reserves the right to decide on the method of reward payment.
These terms and conditions are valid for any joining fee paid after the 1st of December 2023 and any currently registered tiney childminder. If you referred someone before that date then previous terms and conditions apply.

Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers that reduce the joining fee
If you’ve been given a code by an existing tiney childminder
If you’ve been given a code by an existing tiney childminder, you’ll receive a discount on your joining fee as long as the following conditions have been met.
You must enter a valid code when booking your initial call or when speaking to your sales advisor. A valid referral code must be provided before you pay the joining fee.
A referral code is considered valid if the following conditions are met:
- The Childminder is currently registered with tiney.
- The Childminder had an invoice paid by a parent within the last 3 months.
- The Childminder is not in the process of deregistration.
- The Childminder’s code has not been used more than 5 times in the same calendar month.
To qualify for the referral program, codes must be provided before the joining fee has been paid. Codes will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided after this point.
These terms and conditions are valid for any joining fee paid after the 1st of December 2023 and any currently registered tiney childminder. If you referred someone before that date previous terms and conditions apply.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. The amount of £150 will be deducted from the tiney joining fee on provision of a valid referral code. No cash alternative will be provided.
