We are a 'tiney' home which provides nurturing, home from home child care during term time. We love the outdoors, and have annual passes to National Trust and Bodenham Arboretum! We love muddy puddles, painted fingers and busy hands as we help children develop in all areas. Outings are an important part of our week and include visits to local pet shops, soft play and Rattle and Rhyme at Stourbridge library every Thursday! We also do school pick ups from Hagley Primary School :)

About our tiney childminder
I've been working with early years children for 14 years, primarily in SEND. I've worked alongside speech, occupational and physiotherapists for years and know how to nurture developmental milestones, both big ones and small ones! I love the outdoors and we are certainly a setting that likes to explore! We have a 5 year old and a 3 year old of our own too :) There is a huge focus on 'family feel' over here at Amy's, and we'd love for you to come and join the fun!
Unique highlights
SEND
I have been working with children who have delayed development and/or SEND for 14 years, both in a hands on role (at a specialist nursery/school) and advisory (as a Development Worker for Inclusion Support Early Years service). I have worked alongside speech occupational and physiotherapists for years and learned so much from their expertise.
Outings
Regular outings to parks, soft play, garden centres, pet shops, library, aquariums, farms and local Arboretum!
Rattle and Rhyme
We have a space at our local Library for their Rattle and Rhyme session on a Thursday Morning. We go each week, enjoy the session, explore their sensory nook and wall, and read lots of stories!

In this neighbourhood
We are situated on a new-build housing estate in Hagley. There are two play areas on the estate, with a third due to open soon. We are 10 mins drive from Stourbridge town where we access Rattle and Rhyme sessions at the library on a weekly basis. There is a larger park on Hagley Street and a local Arboretum that we visit every week or 2 for lots of outdoor fun!
