I live in Ryton with my husband who is a teacher and our daughter who is 1 years old. We also have a friendly dog, she’s a miniature german schnauzer, and some tropical fish!
I have worked as a nanny for over 7 years. I have built up a great bond with all the children I have worked with. I provide stability, stimulation and the best care possible to all the children in my care. I am a very warm and kind person and have always enjoyed caring for people.
My setting is homely and welcoming. I have a caring nature and want children to thrive in my care. I provide healthy home cooked meals.
I enjoy exploring different activities with the children. And going on outings to places such as local toddler groups and parks.
I have a big garden to explore and love to be outside with the children. I have over 7 years experience of working with children.

Amy was Grace’s nanny and provided us with the most amazing childcare for both James and Grace when we lived in Prudhoe and David and I worked ridiculous shifts that other childcare facilities couldn’t offer us. Both James and Grace still remembers Amy and I will be forever grateful for everything she did in their early years. The only reason she stopped was because we moved to Morpeth. If you are around the Ryton area and would like your child to be brought up in a home setting childcare service then I can not recommend Amy enough!!! I wish you well in your new adventure Amy and will always provide a reference to anytime considering her services.

I’ve had the pleasure of having Amy in my life for almost 2 years and I can’t begin to explain how wonderful she has been in that time. Amy has taken care of my son (now 6) in such a gentle way, providing wrap around care for his school day and then having him for full days during the school holidays. Amy always planned fun activities for them to do when she had him for a full day to keep him entertained, and even managed to get him to do some school work which is no easy task! She has made my life working shifts so much easier and I will be forever grateful for all of the amazing care she has given my son in that time. My son has grown in confidence and honestly loves Amy (and family) as though they are part of the family and it was genuinely sad when we moved and no longer required her help with childcare. She is a credit to herself and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Every one would be lucky to have Amy caring for their child/ren. Good luck Amy, we miss you! ♥️
