I am so lucky to have a great local community near by! We can jump on the bus by just walking a minute up the road where we can access soft play centres, stay and play cafes and eastrop in town. There is a range of local parks around us ranging from 1-10 minute walks. We have a convenience shop, Costa and charity shop 1minute away which provides great learning opportunities!
