Jasmine’s tiney home nursery

My name is Jasmine and I live with my husband and 11 year old son. I run my tiney home nursery in Fishersgate, West Sussex. I have a large, enclosed garden with a bird avairy and a friendly small pet dog called Minnie. We are close to two great parks the Shark Park and Vale Road park which is excellent for playing and exploring. There are some fantastic toddler groups locally which we attend on a Wednesday and Friday to ensure the children have the opportunity to have fun and make new friends.

About my home

I offer home From home childcare and follow the Early Years framework. Each week the children will learn about different topics and carry out daily adult lead activities relating to the topic, as well as the children enjoying free flow play. The planning is based on each individual child’s needs and interests and helps them to progress in their learning and development. The children will go on daily outings to the local parks, toddler groups, beach or woodland walks.

Unique highlights

Daily outings

Each day we will go out on daily outings to the local parks, toddler groups, beaches or for woodland walks. Daily outings are excellent for children’s health and well-being and there is lots to do locally.

I have a small long haired chihuahua who is well socialised with children and a bird Aviary in the garden with 4 finches and 2 button quails. The children can help with feeding the birds and giving them fresh water daily.

Freshly prepared home cooked meals

The children will be offered freshly prepared home cooked nutritious meals each day as well as a dessert. All allergies and diets will be catered for. I hold my level 2 in food hygiene practice.

Close to local transport

I am located 3 minutes walk away from Fishersgate train station. I am 2 minutes away from the 700 bus stops and 4 minutes away from the 1/1A bus stops.

Qualified in Baby Massage, Baby Yoga and toddler yoga

I hold my certificate in teaching baby and toddler yoga. The children will benefit from daily 20 minute yoga sessions every afternoon.

Home Education Experience.

I home educated my own son for 2 years between the ages of 8-10 years.

SENCO Experience

I have completed the Local authority’s SENCO training and have experience with children with additional needs.
