Location

My setting is just off the A259 and close to both bus stops and the train station. There are play parks in walking distance. The beach is just 20 mins walk away. And a little further there's access to the forest in the Angmering estate. During the school holidays there are lots of opportunities to travel further afield to Arundel, Chichester, Worthing and beyond.
