Beaulieu Park’s Tiney Home Nursery - A professional childminding service in the heart of Beaulieu. Run by Kat, with a degree (BSc (Hons)) in Early Childhood Studies and a background in Nursery Management. Children have access to a play room with a large selection of toys to peak all interests and lots of outside play in the safe enclosed garden.

After many years working in the Early Years and Nursery Management, then a career in Education Recruitment, I am thrilled to have opened Beaulieu Park’s Tiney Home. I specialise in early communication, and have previously run my own Baby Signing and Sensory Play classes. My Tiney Home is a positive, inclusive and stimulating environment- please feel free to find out more!
I encourage baby signing (based on Makaton) with all young children, having been an independent baby signing teacher previously.
As a Mum to a little one with CMPA, and intolerances to egg, soya and wheat - I understand just how important allergy and intolerance awareness is. Your little ones safety is my top priority.
Located in the heart of Beaulieu, we are fortunate to have so many beautiful walks to a number of different play parks with climbing frames, swings and sandpits.

Theodore was 13 months old when he started with Kat in September 2022 two days a week. Finding the right childminder is a big deal and we were really apprehensive about entrusting someone with him, which is why we feel so lucky to have found Kat, who isn’t just an experienced professional, but a mum herself. I can’t tell you how much we value being able to drop Theodore off in the morning before heading to work knowing that he’s not only he’s safe hands, but is cared for like a member of Kat’s family. What makes Kat such a brilliant childminder is she just gets it; she knows how important that nap is to him, how he takes comfort from his muslin when he gets upset and how she makes enough food to give him a second helping because he loves his food!! We’re just thrilled with how quickly Kat developed a bond with Theodore and it’s so lovely to see that she loves him being in her home as much as he loves being there. Thank you so much Kat, we couldn’t give you higher praise.

Phoebe really struggled to settle at her previous nursery so I was nervous to place her back into childcare but I am so glad I took the leap. From the very first settling in session Phoebe was clearly so comfortable and happy with Kat. She has grown so much in confidence and learns new things every week that blow me away. Kat is fantastic at reassuring me throughout the day that she is having the best time and it is proven when Phoebe never wants to leave at home time! I can't recommend Kat enough, there's no one else I'd trust more to look after my little one.

We are incredibly happy with how much you focus on Alfie’s development in such a fun, loving environment. You always keep us up to date via the Tiny app so we never feel like we miss out on important milestones and precious time with him. I know Alfie is happy when he comes to you as he is always so smiley when I drop him off and settled straight away from the very start. Kat we feel incredibly lucky to have found you – you have created a wonderful, warm environment which feels like home.
