I have a lovely, natural open space with lots of light, which leads into the garden area. I am based in North Chingford, which is 10 minutes walking distance to Chingford station and bus terminals.

Unique highlights

Part of the forestry group

I am part of the forestry group providing outside activities for children to explore their environments. I also encourage non-verbal children to use Makaton signs to communicate with.

Qualified childcare professional

I have 25 years professional childcare experience. I am NVQ level 3 trained, and have just completed my BA Honours degree in early years childhood studies.

Close to local amenities

I am within ten minutes walking distance to Chingford Station and bus terminals. And a 6 second walk to bus stops.

In the moment planning setting

Here at shining stars we aim to follow the curiosity approach by putting children at the centre of their own development and education. We encourage children’s natural curiosity an eagerness to explore and create.

Home cooked meals

We provide home cooked healthy meals, children are sometimes encouraged to help with the preparation. Independence is highly encouraged.
