Over the past six years, Rachel has been an integral part of our family and has provided exceptional care for our two children. Her commitment, warmth, and professionalism have truly made a positive impact on their lives. She created a nurturing environment where our children felt safe, secure, and loved. As our children grew older, Rachel consistently adapted her care to meet their changing needs, ensuring they received age-appropriate stimulation, guidance, and support. In addition to her strong caregiving abilities, Rachel demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness throughout her time with us. She consistently arrived on time and maintained a high level of professionalism. We had complete peace of mind knowing that our children were in her capable hands. She also proved to be flexible and accommodating, willingly adjusting her schedule to meet our family's needs if we needed. Rachel also engaged our children in educational and recreational activities, fostering their intellectual and emotional development. She organized various age-appropriate outings, playdates, and crafts, all of which contributed to our children's growth and happiness. Her creativity and resourcefulness in planning activities were truly impressive, especially when it came to baking! As the children grew older, they needed more chauffeuring around which was possible thanks to Rachel’s willingness to drive - at times across Surrey! As a person, Rachel is kind, patient, and compassionate. She possesses a nurturing nature and held senior positions at the local nursery that allowed her to create strong bonds with children. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine love for children have made her an invaluable part of our family. We are deeply grateful for her contributions and the positive impact she has had on our children's lives.

I have known Rachel for over 10 year's both professionally and personally. I first met Rachel when working in a day Nursery. She was working as an apprentice then to nursery nurse and then a room leader. Rachel was always hardworking, reliable and a pleasure to be around. The children in her care doted on her, and she provided a fun and safe environment for them to be part of. Soon after Rachel progressed to deputy manager where she would oversee the daily running of the Nursery. I have since left the Nursery and have two children of my own who absolutely adore Rachel. I feel completely at ease to leave them in her care and feel she is a positive role model for my 2 young daughters.
