Hi my name is Becky and I am a childminder at Beckyslittlebutterflies. I am a mum of 2 boys 2yrs and 4yrs and until I had my children I was an Early years teacher. It is a passion not a paycheck!
My home is located on a quiet estate and is surrounded by play areas and a lovely walk through trees to the river.
In my home I will be providing the EYFS curriculum in a fun and play based environment, as I feel children learn better through play.
I have over 8yrs experience working with Early years in a school setting as well as raising 2 of my own children. I was the room leader in a baby room until recently.

I provide a rolling menu of hot lunches for the children who are with me throughout the day. These are freshly made, healthy foods that give children the energy to enjoy the day.
I have 2 cats who are very friendly and loving. They enjoy a tickle and cuddle and really enable children to learn how to look after animals up close and personal
I was an Early years teacher before having my own children. I have over 8yrs experience in a school as well as 3yrs experience in a nursery setting.
As a mum of 2, I have hands-on experience working from birth to 5. My home is set up for children due to the fact I have my own. I'd like to feel that my home is safe and nurturing for all children in my care.

I am lucky enough to be situated in walking distance to 3 childrens parks. I am also close to a main walking path called old tram road which stretches from bamber bridge to Preston town centre. This boast amazing views and is a lovely scenic route.
