My tiney home has a dedicated playroom where children are free to play and explore. I have a large garden with sand, water play and other fun activities. New resources and activities are introduced based around children's interests so that they get the most out of their play. I am close to parks and beaches and like to make sure we get out into the community and nature everyday.

About our tiney childminder
I have been a childminder for over seven years and love working with young children. I am creative and enjoy setting up sensory play and arts and crafts. I have an inclusive setting and I work closely with families to ensure children settle in and feel at home in my care. I love to see children having fun and seeing them develop and grow during their time with me.

Messy play
Whether it's painting, playing with the mud kitchen or enjoying a sensory activity I love to see children get messy and encourage them to explore as much as possible.
Outdoors
I go outdoors with the children everyday, unless the weather makes it dangerous. Children learn about the seasons, weather and nature as we explore. It also ensures children get lots of exercise and helps their mental well-being.
Loose parts
I use many household objects and collections from nature for children to play with. This encourages open-ended and imaginative play as well and being environmentally friendly.
