Shanika tiney home nursery

My tiney home is a warm, fun and relaxing setting in a two-bedroom flat with two play areas and dedicated children's sleeping area. My flat has a balcony and I have access to a rooftop garden where children can run around freely.

I live in Clapton with my husband and our two young children. I've created an environment that encourages fun and interactive learning through the use of arts and crafts. I really enjoy getting to know children as individuals, discovering their different ways of learning and how we, as parents and childminders, can help them grow.

I prioritise the working partnership between parents and childminders to make sure the children can continue to develop their knowledge, creativity, reading and maths at home.

I am really into fitness and health so as a childminder, I include plenty of physical activity and outings that relate to sport. I provide healthy meals and snacks that adhere to the children's dietary requirements, and always encourage children to have their five a day!
