I'm local to Waverley first school approximately a 10 minute walk from my home. Broadwood primary school is also just a 10-15 minute walk. Buses 5 minutes away Play areas Sugley dene large playing field 5 minutes from me. Newburn Leisure park 15 minutes in the car. Denton burn library nearby. My home offers street parking for easy drop off and pick ups.
