About this home

My tiney home nursery is located in the beautiful village of Wolsingham, County Durham. My home is very close to the local bus route and the local nursery and primary school. I offer drop offs and picks up at the school and nursery as and when required, as well as full time care. We will be out exploring every day! The local park is beautiful, there are ducks in the village to feed and lots of places to explore. Please reach out if you have any questions!

About our tiney childminder

My tiney home is a home from home environment enabling your children to feel comfortable and happy! We have a range of toys and activities to suit all ages. We do weekly cooking and baking activities as well as regular ‘big art’. I provide home cooked meals each day, along with healthy snacks too! I have previously worked in primary schools and private day nurseries equating to 7 years of professional experience. I have three children of my own, they are 12, 5 and 2 years old!

I provide a home from home setting to enable children to feel comfortable, safe and happy. Children feel comfortable when in a smaller setting which relates to their home.

Learning experiences

At my tiney home nursery, we will explore a range of learning experiences from cooking and baking to big art! We will be outside exploring every day, in all weathers, so remember to pack wellies! We also enjoy lots of messy activities…paint, glitter and glue!

My tiney home nursery is situated in the lovely rural area of Wolsingham, County Durham. We have the local library in the centre of the village which we visit weekly. There’s a beautiful playground which we will be frequent visitors to where there is lots of opportunities to learn and develop our gross motor skills! There are ducks in the village which the children enjoy feeding, and plenty of animals in the fields to spot!
