We are a 10 minute walk from station and 5 minute walk for St Anns Heath Junior School. We have a local farm shop around a 7 minute drive with lots of green spaces around! We have a local library near the station and also under a 10 minute drive to Virginia water Lake which is a lovely place for a walk in nature and to feed ducks and swans!
