About our tiney childminder
I've set up a lovely welcoming inclusive tiney home nursery with lots of opportunities for exploring and learning new things. In my tiney home I love lots of arts and crafts and messy play. I provide a variety of different home cooked meals each day with a range of lots of fruit and vegetables for snacks too. I have 6 years experience working in a nursery and hold a level 3 childcare certificate. I have two 9 year old twin boys who are very keen to play with other children.

Belinda is a loyal and hard working member of staff, she has a good relationship with parents and staff, and is lovely with the children. Belinda carters for the children’s individual needs well, and plans activities to promote their development, she has a true passion for working with children, this comes across in her caring, friendly nature. Belinda has had experience in working with children with additional needs also. Belinda has been a key worker for six years of working with us and is good at keeping up with all development files for the children, she works well in a team and always shows initiative, she deals with problems well and has always kept senior staff up to date. We as a nursery will truly miss her, staff, parents and especially children. We wish her all the luck in the world with her new venture. I would definitely recommend Belinda continue her career in child care as she was a very valid member of our team who will be greatly missed.
