About this home
About our tiney childminder
I’ve dedicated my entire adult working life to childcare. I’ve been a babysitter, a deputy manager of a nursery and a teaching assistant – I’ve done it all. But the biggest childcare challenge (with the biggest reward) of all has to be being a parent and I’m lucky enough to be the mum of three wonderful adventurous kids. I love being around children, I know how vital these first few years are for them. I love to see children grow, be curious, discover, learn, laugh, play and develop.

For me, the best place to do that learning and discovering is outside. I love to explore and travel and encourage my children to do the same, so we’ll be spending a lot of our time in the great outdoors, letting our imagination run wild, getting up close with wildlife and making the most of nature.

We are very lucky to have a large secure garden – which includes a small orchard, veggie patch and climbing equipment. It’s a truly magnificent place to explore and play in – and we usually will be, come rain or shine. I’m also positioned between two local parks – both within walking distance.
Let's get personal
I've worked in the childcare sector for over 20 years- and with it comes a lot of experience. I know all kids are different, from very fussy eaters to energetic duracell bunnies. In my tiney home I will focus on creating an environment your child can flourish and excel in by pursuing their personal interests and curiosities. And with my small number ratio in my home I can promise dedicated bespoke care and attention.

In this neighbourhood
My home is based in New Malden, with Motspur Park train station just a few minutes’ walk away. Nestled nicely between two local parks, my home is a spacious and comfortable place – with a dedicated playroom for the little ones to have hours of fun. While a secure large garden will let them run wild and experience the wonders of nature with our veggie patch. There are plenty of local activities and clubs for kids to enjoy, including song and dance at the local library – all these will be included in my set rate.
