“Fran is caring and warm in her nature. My daughter settled with her instantly which made the whole experience pleasant for me and my daughter. Regardless of the weather Fran takes the children out and this is a bonus especially in the cold weather as it means that the children have opportunities to attend playgroups and mix with other children. ”
