Hi 👋 my name is Ilona ( Ila ) I am a mum to two beautiful children, Private Nanny, Nursery teacher, Early Years Educator and tiney registered childminder. I’ve got over 17 years Professional childcare experience with children ages 0-13 years olds and I specialise in Early years with children ages 0-5 years old. I provide healthy nutritious home cooked meals and drive children to different activities and fun days out.

Ilona has been amazing with Millie. Millie is always pleased to see her, reaching out her arms! They always get out in the morning for walks, exploring, playground feeding ducks, rhyme time etc. The afternoon activities are always interesting and Millie looks very engaged and happy. There is lots of variety. We feel very lucky to have met Ilona- she has cooked Millie nutritious vegan meals, sends lots of photos throughout the day and responds to Millie’s needs- Adjusting sleep, food and activity schedules as needed.

My name is Aisling and I am the mother of Oisín. He started with Ilona in December. From our very first visit, Ilona has been warm and friendly and Oisin is always very happy to see her. At the beginning, we filled in a few forms to tell Ilona all about Oisín and I was really happy that she asked so many follow up questions about the things we had written. It was clear that she made the effort to read all about him. Ilona keeps us updated everyday of the activities that the children are doing and the trips that they go on. This is amazing to see throughout the day. The activities always look fun and engaging and the children look happy too! From a safety point of view, Ilona is great. Oisín has some new teeth coming through and she always checks if he has had any Calpol and asks before giving it to him. She informs us of the time that she has given it to him too. Making the decision to go back to work after having Oisín was a very difficult one. I am a teacher and so have an understanding of the importance of the early years in a child’s development. Whilst I would have loved to be able to stay at home, it was not an option for me. With this in mind, it was going to be difficult for someone to meet my expectations. I am so glad that we made the decision for Ilona to be Oisín’s childminder. She really has been great with him, and us!
