I provide school drop offs to Epsom Downs Primary School and Children's Centre and pick-ups from Tadworth Primary School. All meals are home cooked and plus snacks are included too. I have 3 children myself - 12, 8 and 2 so all children coming will have instant friends here. I have a huge variety of educational and play toys for all ages. The garden includes a huge playhouse, trampoline plus many ride-ons. We have a very special pet-Bearded Dragon-who is apart of our tiney home setting too.

About our tiney childminder
My warm and welcoming home was set up to help families with childcare and give children a wonderful start in life with our outings and home activities, plus with 3 children of my own, I know how important it is to give children a happy start and get them all included in different things.
Unique highlights
Huge garden space
Garden incudes a large trampoline. A large play house with a rock climbing wall, stairs plus 2 play areas and a large slide, plus a medium slide, plus a sand box. There is also a little play house and a climbing playhouse with a little slide and loads of ride ons.
Lots of trips
We have loads of local activities on our door steps, such a groups, libraries, woodland walks, ponds plus local shops to visit.
Special book corner
I have a massive selection of different books, and a little snug area for children who want to have a quiet moment and read a book.

Thomas gets on really well with Maria's lovely Daughter and they play all day in the garden, especially their big trampoline. Maria has been so welcoming and my son loves to go to her house, and mix with her family and other children. Maria provides updates and is always friendly. Her flexibility makes life so much easier, and I hope that my son goes to her house many more times in the future!

We have just started our baby (20 months) and our daughter (5 years) with Maria and we couldn’t be more pleased with our choice of childminder to look after our girls. Maria drops our daughter to a local school and then looks after the baby during the day. We love getting daily updates of what the baby has been up to and her talking has come along so much since she has been going to Marias. They are both so happy to go in and are happy at the end of the day. It’s very comforting to know that your children feel safe and happy in Maria’s home. Her home has lots of toys and activities for the children to play with and my children are looking forward to the spring when they can go outside and play on the trampoline. We would strongly recommend Maria for your childcare needs.
