Hi I’m Ella. I live with my husband, three young children and two cats! We all can’t wait to welcome you to our warm, friendly “home from home”. We love getting out in nature, picking our own vegetables to eat, playing, meeting new friends and getting creative. As a teacher and parent, I’ve lots of experience with little ones and believe in a very gentle, child lead approach. Through play and adventures, we will explore the world together with wonder, intrigue and excitement.
I speak English, Spanish and French as well as little bits of other languages. As well as learning some Spanish, we plan to celebrate and learn lots about children’s own languages and cultures.
We are so lucky to have a beautiful allotment space which is set up perfectly for children. I currently hold and informal playgroup there on a Friday where we read nature themed stories, sing songs, pick vegetables and play. We have a mud kitchen, sandpit, trampoline, slide, water play area, chalk board and more!
We are also lucky to have a small front and back garden and plenty of spare waterproofs for children to play out in the tent, in the mud kitchen or on scooters and bikes - whatever the weather!

I am centrally located in Levenshulme within close walking distance to Highfield Country Park as well as Cringle and Chapel Street Parks. We are also a 2 minute walk to my allotment which we regularly visit. We are a 1 minute walk to the bus stop and just 10 minutes from the train. We often take trips to Stockport Children’s Museum, the libraries, the Whitworth, Central library, Manchester art gallery and more.
