The beach is on our doorstep with endless activities and learning opportunities. We also have several great parks and woods including the Gruffalo Trail. There's always something going on to keep your little ones busy.

About our tiney childminder
I'm a kind and affectionate childminder and will always strive to meet your childs individual needs. I have lovingly set up my home to be welcoming and comfortable with a baby/sleep room and a play room. I will be setting up appropriate activities and organising trips out to local places of interest, including bigger days out from time to time. I will provide healthy and delicious home cooked meals and nappies/wipes within my fee. My goal is for my setting to be a home from home for your little one.
Unique highlights
Forest Education
Getting out into nature for a walk and learning about the world we live in. Including collecting sticks and leaves for art work to observing bugs and animals or exploring local areas and beaches. Enjoying the freedom of outdoor learning.
Sensory play
We love messy play! It's so much fun to set up engaging activities using familiar household objects and food. Using a variety of textures which could be food, foam, cloud painting, play dough, sand, water. Anything which is fun and enhances childrens learning.
Local trips
Depending on our monthly topic we have so many places to visit. Local farms, a planetarium, libraries for story and rhyme time, an aquarium, toddler groups and soft play to mention but a few!

Little lions nursery is absolutely wonderful. JoJo (the childminder) has created a beautiful calm setting. She has two separate rooms one for baby sensory and sleeping and the other is like a toy shop! The rooms is full of all different toys and she changes the theme daily. My son absolutely loves Jo, she is working hard on his speech as requested by me and he has come on so much in a short space of time! She is very accommodating to my sons medical issues and keeps me updated on a regular basis how he is getting on. Food is always healthy and such a wide range of choice. I can’t think of anyone else I would trust with my son. I go to work feeling confident that he will be having the best day full of adventure, fun and giggles. He always comes home clean happy and tired ! What more could you ask for ? !!
